How to create the integration

Now let’s look at how to create an integration between Skilleto and Datacruit. The entire process is really straightforward.

1. Activate access to Datacruit API

Request support from Datacruit via email at support@datacruit.com to activate access to the API. As a result, you will receive a username and password for authorizing requests via the API.

2. Create the integration in Skilleto

In the management of your account on the Skilleto portal, in the “ATS/HRIS Integration” section, create a new integration with Datacruit:

The only two pieces of information to fill in are the assigned username and password for the Datacruit API:

Upon saving, the integration will be activated. Subsequently, all your open job positions will be imported. Those that meet the basic conditions for publication on the Skilleto portal will be promptly published. These conditions are three:

1. The position has defined and published salary information.
2. The position has a sufficient number of detected skills (at least 3).
3. The position has a detected role supported by the Skilleto portal.

Points 2 and 3 happen automatically using AI. All details about changes can be tracked in the integration log.

Updates to job position data typically occur once every hour.
