How to create the Connection

Now, let’s look at the steps to create a connection between Skilleto and Recruitis.

1. In Recruitis, create a publication channel, perhaps named “Skilleto”. You can find the management of publication channels in the Recruitis settings, under Positions – Publication Channels.

2. Copy the URL of the XML feed created by Recruitis.

3. In your Skilleto account, select the option to connect with Recruitis.

4. Paste the URL of the XML feed that you copied from Recruitis and save the connection.

With this, the connection is practically complete. Job position imports will occur regularly every hour, and you can monitor the import results in the integration log. Skilleto allows the automatic transfer of any job position that meets the conditions:

• Has publicly defined salary information
• Can be categorized into the currently supported list of industries and roles
• Has a sufficient number of requirements detectable from the job title and description (at least 3)

Advanced Integration with Webhooks

For maximum flexibility, you can utilize the webhooks provided by ATS Recruitis, which Skilleto supports. You can find webhook settings in the Integration – Webhooks section in the Recruitis settings.

5. Copy the generated URL for Recruitis webhooks.

6. In Recruitis, add the webhook URL for the desired action.

7. You can add URLs for other actions that Recruitis offers. We recommend adding all of them.

8. Adding the first webhook will also activate it on Skilleto.
