Today, December 1, 2021, the BETA mode of the Skilleto.cz portal was officially ended. We thank all the clients who put their trust in us, especially in the very early stage. We really appreciate it! Thanks to you, we are growing every day, and we are gaining more and more awareness. Your feedback keeps us moving forward and we have been able to move on to the next phase of our project. In this, we want to focus mainly on the acquisition of users, the potential candidates.

Let’s first look at what we have accomplished during the BETA mode.

To date, 104 companies have registered on the Skilleto.cz portal, they have created 246 job positions, 198 job positions have been published publicly. The number of Skilleto.cz users at the end of the BETA mode showed a nice number of 333 🙂 Skilleto.cz users showed interest in 53 job positions.

During October, we also launched the long-awaited opportunity to actively search for candidates, with the help of our sophisticated Skilleto score. Since the launch of this function, our clients have sent a total of 67 targeted job offers, 13 users have accepted the offer and expressed their interest. Although this is still a novelty that has only been running for a few days and we have a small sample of data, we keep a relatively interesting conversion rate of almost 20%!

What are our plans?

As mentioned in the introduction, we are currently focusing primarily on the acquisition of new users in order to make Skilleto.cz as known as possible. However, the further development of the project certainly does not suffer as a result, our development team is going at full speed and you can look forward to a lot of innovations that are unparalleled on the Internet job market. In the introductory post, we promised to bring a fresh breeze to this environment, and that is exactly our goal.

As an example, we can mention great employer branding support for registered companies, other advanced functions for working with potential candidates based on machine learning, the possibility of integrating Skilleto.cz with their own CRM / ATS systems, and much more. For users – to create saved search filters, which, thanks to the combination of sophisticated search and Skilleto score system, will inform them about new job positions they are interested in and at the same time match their profile. Furthermore, the possibility of importing data from their CV into a profile, self-promo for freelancers, and many more. Of course, we keep the biggest feature “under the hood”. We are convinced that next year we will not bring a fresh wind, but a real whirlwind 🙂 Follow our blog or social networks, on which we have a profile, you will find out everything in time.
